The concept of a moon that is only visible 20% of the time called the "liar's moon" is pretty badass if i do say so myself.
the concept of this moon having magical electromagnetic properties and making water with a particularly high iron count glow blue and "sing" when it's out is even more badass. if i do say so myself.
and the concept of a mountain range being absolutely spotted with these kinds of lakes and therefore being named the Liar's Peaks is even more metal.
Anyway I'm reading through old writing looking for worldbuilding tidbits and like, I remembered the Liar's Moon because it has some connection to other stuff but I totally forgot about the singing blue water and the new name for the Rockies, lol. Liar's Peaks. God i love that

That is legitimately cool and I love that you can both use that in a scifi and a fantasy context if necessary 👀
