If that works for you, I'd appreciate it if you could shoot me some of your favorite Stunticon fics as characterization references. I like them too, but their characterization is like patchy at best lol, even (or should i say especially?) in the canon stuff I've seen them in.

Fic ideas

Idea 1
For some reason the bizarre image of the Stunticons gardening on Cybertron keeps coming to mind.

Perhaps after the war they have to take up some non destructive hobbies?

I kind of like the idea of Motormaster refusing to admit he’s actually enjoying himself. Especially when doing something so ‘wimpy’ as gardening.

Dragstrip wants to grow the biggest cybermarrow or something.

Deadend likes planting black cyberflowers and talking about everyone being plant food one day.

Wildrider discovers there’s always something to do in a garden—even if it is ‘accidentally’ throwing overripe fruit at an Autobot superviser.

Breakdown realises he’s practically ignored because he’s gardening.

Motormaster might also be practicing this positive reinforcement being nice to his team slag. Again he doesn’t want to admit it gives him warm feelings.

Idea 2

This one is nsfw. Stunticons watch human media, including porn. Basically them having funny inexperienced sex. I’d love some gender play in here.

Idk Breakdown calling Motormaster ‘mommy’ by mistake during sex. Motormaster realising he’s into it. Motormaster watching Breakdowns human porn collection for pointers. Motormaster doing bad role play acting because he doesn’t get human kink really.

(And this bit is terrble cheesy and indulgent but Lady Demetrescu being mentioned at least once. I think Breakdown has a type and it’s dangerous and lorge.)

Idea 3

Motormaster discovering he’s a submissive not a dominant. Because I feel him realising he wants to submit would be entertaining. I like the idea of the rest of the stunticons dominating him.
I don’t think they’d loose respect for him or something because he’s still in control while submitting.

I really like the third one, but I'm not so great at smut at the best of times XD so I think probably the first one will work best. I think it'd make a nice oneshot collection, maybe three or four sort-of-connected short chapters, each detailing a different goal or plant experience that the Stunties are working on.

I also love the implication that Motormaster is trying to give positive reinforcement, but like, badly. I got the image in my head of him like walking through the garden and just like pointing at Deadend fussing over his flowers and going "your plants kind of suck but they exist. nice job" and deadend is just sitting there like ?? ???? how am i supposed to take that?????

Pay after ^-^ since I'm charging by word, I'd rather be able to say "here's the word count, here's the price" and then if you're dead set on giving me $30 you can still do that but I can put it all on a little paypal invoice and keep my paperwork in order haha

Watch this space; i'll respond to this comment again with my itemized outline for you, and then you'll let me know how you feel about the individual beats and stuff.

I should have the finished fic to you by Saturday of this week. I have some editing to do for the other two outstanding fics, but the first draft of this one should be finished within a couple days, and then polishing never takes terribly long.

Four oneshots, 500 words each. These were mostly worked off of your idea, but I threw some others in, figuring it could be fun. I figure there's probably some decent wiggle room for word amounts, and if you want to pay $30 i can always bump that up to 3k words and 6 oneshots, which shouldn't take me much longer than the 2k honestly.


1. Motormaster grudgingly gardening

- Motormaster whining and moaning about how he hates that the Stunticons have been brought so low as to have to garden as though this is like, a death sentence, because they have to do something after the war
- Motormaster also like, obviously getting into it via actions. Like this is all him monologuing about how he hates gardening while putting off going inside and eating because his plants need to be weeded and he is crushing and destroying the weeds but he hates gardening. His plants will grow up big and strong and he hates gardening. For sure.


2. Dragstrip getting into competitive gardening
- some asshole is like lol dragstrip your garden is so cute! Such small plants! And dragstrip immediately goes +-+ you think my garden is CUTE???? I will show YOU!!!! I will grow the BIGGEST BADDEST garden on CYBERTRON!
- and then he does
- he gets like six awards and gloats for a week.


3. Wildrider engaging in … shall we say … creative uses of plants
- wildrider is the only one who really *doesn’t* enjoy gardening. But Dragstrip’s big-plant exploits results in a lot of these really massive cyber-pumpkins or something and they are stupid weird plants and wildrider doesn’t like them Except
- they’re just kind of playing lob in the backyard and he puts his foot through one and it veritably EXPLODES
- +-+ mode: activated
- wildrider becomes the scourge of everyone who lives within reach of his window. He invents a whole sport. Five points for face shots, three points if you knock them over but miss the head, and one point if you just tag a random passerby. And extra points for autobots
- the entire team gets in on it. Dragstrip breeds special extra-juicy cyberpumpkins. They turn out to be delicious.


4. Breakdown finally getting to live his introvert life
- breakdown just like vibing at 2am in the gardden with his headphones on tending to the weeds. At some point motormaster comes out to investigate what’s messing with the plants and just like sees breakdown staring at him and is just like uh. Nice plants? God you’re up at a weird time but im glad ur being helpful? You’re an acceptable teammate? And goes right back to bed. And breakdown is just like ???? Whatever I am going back to the plants. And goes back to vibing

5. The Stunticons Go To A Swap-Meet
- wildrider is like Plugged In and finds out about this "trading group" for plants, and like, if this is following the great pumpkin sport debacle wildrider has discovered that he can get plants to do weird things if they mess around with them. maybe dead end too, breeding the Most Disturbing Plants Possible
- so they go to see the weird plants and also sell their weird plants and all these people are so boring and annoying that the entire team is frustrated until
- someone has a flesh eating plant. like a cybertronian venus fly trap. Dead End Is In Love.

6. motormaster discovers stickers
- the team (minus motormaster) come outside one day and there are gold stars next to the plants that motormaster likes best. with no explanation so they're all just like ???? ??????? ?????????????? did they just... grow like that???? what???
- they spend a bit trying to figure it out before Motormaster comes outside, looks at Drag Strip or smth and grudgingly goes "You were alright yesterday. good job with the cleaning up the table" or something and sticks a star on his face
- and then the rest of the team is just like ???????????????????? until it comes out that someone in his therapy group said it was a good way to motivate their teammates and he's trying it out
- someone notes that he gave the plants stars before he gave the teammates

7. plant triage
- one of the plants has like, blight, or is damaged by frost. the stunties freak out about this, except dead end who is just like "[dreamy sigh] death comes for us all :)" lol, and struggle to figure out a solution
- unfortunately gardening is hard and the plant dies, but it leaves a neat skeleton. dead end hangs it up in his room
- maybe end it with dead end discovering the joys of pressing flowers XD. either way it ends with at least one of them happy lmao

8. Cyber-squirrels in the plants!
- following the whole competitive gardening thing maybe, Wildrider discovers that there are wild animals *eating his plants*
- this cannot stand
- wacky back and forth between wildrider setting out traps or foils of increasing intensity and the animals getting around it until eventually wildrider is just like 'neat. we're keeping it'
- it turns out to be a turborat or some other like obvious pest no one likes. wildrider names it "thief" or something

9. we expected one zuchhini and we are now drowning in zuchinni, cybertronian edition
- pretty much what it says on the tin
- motormaster lovingly plants One cyber-squash plant.
- summer rolls around and it sprouts EVERYWHERE and makes like forty thousand cyber-squashes. Great! Except they'll never eat these things
- eventually they like. start dumping them on people's lawns. making cyber-squash pies. freezing them by the hundreds. there are still cyber-squash. they will never be free of cyber-squash.

10. you cannot grow an orchid in your backyard etc etc
- someone decides they MUST have some plant they really like, a fruit, early on, before they're particularly good
- it is Notoriously Hard. they do not realize this
- another wacky hijinks one of them picking up another sprout and having it pretty much die instantly over and over until one of the other stunticons is like. have u tried a greenhouse
- ends in success! and they get to eat their terribly weird cyberfruit or whatever

RE: Motormaster, that absolutely works for me ^^ I have a hard time seeing him as anything but someone who bought too hard into the Decepticon leadership style and is too young to see all the flaws in it, personally. Like I see him looking at Megatron and Starscream's interactions and going "ah, role models!" XD with of course disastrous results for everyone around him.

It depends- I have a lot of free time this month, and this time next month i'll be moving back into college and getting my shit ironed out so it'll probably be a busy time. Given I have so much free time, though, I'd be happy to write all ten and have you sort of pay in two parts for it, if that works for you?
