End of July was yesterday and I drew like a fucking madman this month. This is a wrap-up of all that.

Two deer, one white and the other blue and black, investigate a tree dripping with glowing red sap.

The same deer and tree are shown again, but zoomed out, and the tree is utterly massive. The angle and poses are slightly different.

The same deer, again, now in a highly graphic style, look at a massive black tree running with rivulets of what looks like blood. Nine glowing moons surround it, and its branches reach for them. At the top of the tree is two black crows. The deer and the ground they stand on is coated red in the blood of the tree.

The same two deer, now joined by a third, stare at a glowing pool at midnight. Faintly visible against the dark blue sky is the same tree. The sap falling looks like sparks in the darkness.

A very long piece with multiple images in one 'overall' image, a character sheet for a muscular shapeshifter. His humanlike form is visible in the first panel; he has a very human body shape, but his arms are abnormally long, and rather than hands or feet he has bird talons. His shoulders, back, and thighs are covered in feathers, as well as the top and back of his head and his chin. Protruding from his head, neck and back are several green glassy spikes. His non-feathered body parts are covered in gray scales, which go from lighter to darker as they approach his extremeties. His eyes are gold, reptilian, and glowing. Then the second upper panel shows his head from a side view. He has brown feathers at the top mixed in with white ones; a solid brown stripe from roughly where his eyebrows would be to his cheekbones, and then white along the rest of his head. Where it reaches his neck, he has an almost 'laced' pattern that continues over his entire body. He has a small scar at the bottom of his eye and a very pointed, curved nose and chin that protrude to about the same distance, but the fluff at the bottom of his chin makes his chin look longer. The panel below that shows his back. The laced pattern fades out to white again below his butt, and his tail is featherless and looks almost like a rat's tail; he is doing a peace sign with one hand and holding a cloak with the other. The primary purpose of this panel is to showcase his glassy spikes, which it does with gusto. He is encrusted like a pincushion. There is a broken-off spike off to the side, showing how sharp it is and that it is made from green glass. The next two panels show him as two different animals, ie: the forms he can shapeshift into. The top panel shows him as an osprey. He maintains the spikes, and also has hands hidden underneath his wings, but otherwise looks like any other osprey. Below that panel, he is in the form of a snake, wearing small spectacles and reading a book that shows as a scale object that he is a very large snake in this form. Again he maintains the spikes, and he is now a blue-gray, with darker gray stripes, a gray face, and a lighter gray underside. He has heat pits and his face looks vaguely like that of a ball python, but his coloration is absolutely unlike any ball python to ever exist. The final panel shows him in a forest, most likely his 'natural habitat' as it were. He is hunched over and wearing a cloak that the spikes have appeared on the outside of, despite them visibly nothave actually puncturing the cloak in any way. He is also wearing a red and yellow striped scarf, a green shirt, two pieces of gold jewelry on each hand, purple shoes, and a gold-tipped belt. He is holding a book in one taloned hand and leading behind him a large deer wearing a saddle and bridle. This deer is the gray and white deer with the curling markings from earlier images. The little guy is doing a peace sign again, and the deer is smiling at the viewer.

The little guy is reading a book when he is approached by an enormous deer with some serious floof. The deer is dark brown and black, but has a blaze of white along his neck. He says: "Let me into your house and give me your food." The guy looks up from his book and says "Uh haha WHAT." "Let me into your house and feed me," the deer repeats, "And give me accessories." "UH," says the little guy. The deer, clearly frustrated, says "LIKE YOU DO FOR KATJAANA." "OH" says the little guy, "you want to be tame?" "YEAH" says the deer.

The little guy is reading a book while sitting on the back of his gray and white deer. Behind her are four other deer; from left to right, there is a blue deer with a white underbelly, the brown and black deer fromthe above image, a red deer with piebald markings, and a light beige and white deer. They're walking through a sunny plain.

Because this is utterly unreadable, the text says:

A direct followup to the earlier post; the little guy is now sitting on the ground, surrounded by his deer, and is showing them the pages of a book and attempting to teach them to read it. The deer are all clearly paying a lot of attention.

The red deer with the white neck from earlier images stands in a starry field looking up at the sky confusedly. His antlers, neck and hooves are glowing with gold, but his shadow is long and dark, stretching out into the sea of water beneath him. Behind him, appearing out of the sky like shadowy ghosts, are two enormous human hands about to grab him.

The two red deer that keep appearing are in some kind of open-air market; the one with the white neck is attempting to smuggle a small child out of the market, and the plain red one is rearing back, blood flying from his hooves and antlers. The area around him is destroyed as though he's kicked the stalls in, and is in the process of murdering a man in a cowboy hat and light jacket. Behind him, two more humans in similar attire are standing or laying on the ground, bloodied but alive. A fourth human in similar clothes is attempting to lasso him. There are three other deer in the background, all relatively small, and all running away; and human passerby are either cowering or looking curiously on.

They're all clustered around a crop of enormous, blue glowing mushrooms. The guy is comparing them to his notes on what look to be a similar kind of fungus, if not the same one; the deer are just looking at the fungus, with the exception of the piebald deer- who is again licking a glowing item, this time a mushroom- and the gray deer, who is alarmedly watching him do this.

Rex looks up frustratedly at an absolutely bonkers enormous, white deer with a black mouth and nose. The deer is sticking its tongue out at him in amusement.

Adult stuff

Rex, an unreasonably skinny, tanned man with a long black ponytail and a goatee, stands leaning against a fence. He is wearing pants, but no shirt, and because he is topless we can see that he has two midsized breasts. His nipples are both pierced. He's holding a can of coca-cola with a straw sticking out in one hand and a lit cigarette in the other, and apparently talking to someone off-screen. Behind him, the sun is coming up.

A black and white sketch of the same guy, this time without tits, laying atop an infinite mass of hands that is trying to pull him down into it. His wrists and ankles are both held, as is his neck, and there are hands grabbing him in the groin, along the thighs, on the head and face, and on the chest as well. He does not seem very pleased about this.

WIPS

Rex and Haven, two OCs, smile at the camera vaguely. Rex is a long haired man with a goatee and visible ribs, and he looks very pleasant; Haven is a significantly larger man with long straight red hair, inhuman eyes, and a somewhat less easily read smirk. He's visibly larger than Rex. they're both painted in watercolor, and have not been finished.

This one will be finished in like... a year? or a week? no idea.

The models are really much blockier than I'd like, but this is all of two day's total work and they're rigged and modeled and work with the import images so i don't have to texture them, so like, can't complain. They look weird as hell but I can fix that... eventually.

The deer are from an art game on DeviantArt called Fields of Valhalla, and i've crossposted most of the FoV writings ive done onto Ao3 here: https://archiveofourown.org/series/2405770
(yes that is 40k words written over just barely two months. dont @ me most of it is an unedited mess)

The crystal shapeshifter is also from the same game, but I haven't written him in anything (as himself; he appears in the one with Rubin vs the Riddler in disguise lol) so I'll just give you the like, blurb.
Thrud is a shapeshifter who has experienced most curses under the sun due to being an archaeologist with a focus in magic. He goes around getting himself cursed with rare or poorly recorded or very old curses, takes notes on the curse experience, and then uses his frankly ridiculous list of magical abilities to break the curses on him and then records what it takes to do that as well. When he isn't doing that, he spends his time wandering around doing whatever he wants, beholden to no one and mostly just vibing with, like, random fucking wild animals. He can speak to animals due to Magic. And he is a fucking massive nerd. i love him dearly
