i wish i were back in the swing of thigns with my writing but like, ive been doing original stuff and hell, we all know no one cares about that

but like
id love to finish Closer

instead i've been writing the protag's older whiny brother and like. i love him. but hes not the main character. he cannot be the main character.

i cant evne write taz any more; i can't remember what he's like. and also he fell for Nadiya way too fast and the whole thing needs to be redone, really, and I just dont have hte energy to scrap a full 28k words and start over at the moment.

(honestly like, you can say you're interested in ofic but like, trust me, no one wants Closer. Closer is 'fuck or die' but i take the bad and dial it up to eleven, complete with hamfisted metaphors for racism and transphobia cuz it all popped out of my brain in the span of three hours spent asleep the August before last. like, a whole ass year ago and then a number of months. i was less educated and more 'uwu i know what iim talking about' back then. its a decent story but like theres no market for it. cuz its very hamfisted)

i definitely have a story i feel that wah about. it's near and dear to my heart, but it directly involves several mental illnesses and traumas i don't have, and don't think i wrote right. but i still want to see it finished somehow.
