[dabs] i drew a Shrek (read: a shark) and recorded doing so so that i could show people how to make similar things, because apparently a fair few of my friends and acquaintances don't use multiply. or add glow. and i dont see why i should just keep this information to myself, especially because everyone in my art game seems to really love my lighting even though it is just slamming some colors down on multiply and add glow and walking away LMAO

here have a shrek

A drawing of a pink shark.

Ooh cool! I wanna brush up on my lighting so this is real useful. Also shorks are cute and I love them.

Excellent.

Also yeah, learning to use adjustment layers is some kind of digital art milestone and it is very strange that it's so consistently a thing :'D

I do love that artist's stuff! All shark art makes me happy, though, and yours is so very pretty.
